Dunraven Avenue, Honeycrock Lane, Salfords, Redhill, Surrey.
Houses built around 1899/1900 for the Monotype Corporation employee's. The first two Monotype buildings were also constructed around the same time. Dunraven Avenue was named after Lord Dunraven who was the chairman of the Monotype Corporation until 1926.
